Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order, you reserve a unit in the production queue and are charged at the time of order. Manufacturing of all pre-orders begins July 1, 2027, and orders enter the production queue in the sequence they were confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on your position in the queue and will be communicated by email as production progresses.

All pre-order sales are final. Because each pre-order reserves manufacturing capacity and materials ahead of the production run, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any pre-sale or pre-order purchase, including the machine, brass plates, and letter board cases, except as expressly required by applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at the email below with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement of the affected item.

We do not offer order cancellations, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after payment. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for reasons attributable to us, you will be contacted to arrange an equitable resolution.

Pre-order pricing is locked at the price shown at checkout. Future price changes after the pre-order window will not affect confirmed pre-orders. We may make reasonable design or specification refinements before manufacturing begins; any material change affecting your order will be communicated to you by email.

Pre-orders ship to the delivery address provided at checkout once production completes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping information; please contact us promptly with any address corrections before your unit enters shipment. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
